On the other hand, a person with low self-esteem can easily develop problems like fear, stress, and depression. Developing self-worth is not at all difficult. First, you need to believe that you are valuable no matter how God has made you. You can build it further by:
- Doing What You Love – Do what you are passionate about and what makes you happy instead of what you are told to do. Whether it’s a job or a hobby, follow your heart when it comes to doing things.
- Do Not Criticize – Never criticize yourself. Even if you make a mistake, do not regret it; instead, learn from it and get over it.
- Stop Making Comparisons With Others – “Someone out there has more than me”! Stop focusing on this fact and be grateful for what you already have.
